Giuseppe Santangelo

Giuseppe Santangelo is the Founder & CEO of Skypersonic Inc.
Official member of the ASME committee for Drone Visual Inspection Standards and Roles.
Collaborates at Wayne State University as adjunct professor, he was contract professor at the International Master in Space Exploration at Polytechnic of Turin.
Was responsible for the development of projects on behalf of the European Space Agency.
With publications in space and control systems he was awarded from NASA for the ISS Review in 2003


Marco Arienta

Marco Arienta was born in Italy, where he achieved his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Mechanical Engineering - Internal combustion Engines at the Politecnico di Torino.

Marco began his career at Fiat Powertrain, covering positions in Engineering and as Executive assistant to the PD VP and the CEO. He moved in 2011 to US, as Senior Account Manager for Webasto Roof Systems. In 2014, Mr. Arienta joined Eldor to start the US operations in the Detroit area, currently covering the position of General Manager for Eldor Automotive Powertrain USA, LLC.. Mr. Arienta achieved his MBA in 2015 at the Michigan State University — ELI Broad School of Business. He now lives in Beverly Hills, MI, with his wife Alessia and his son Noah Leonardo.


Clara Mager

Clara DeMatteis Mager is a shareholder based in Butzel Long's Detroit office. She is a Vice President of Butzel Long and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors. She is a graduate of Wayne State University (B.S., 1978) and of the Detroit College of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1987) where she was a member of Law Review. Ms. Mager focuses her practice on business and family immigration issues including all aspects of the international movement of personnel, inbound and outbound work-authorized nonimmigrant (temporary) and immigrant (permanent) status, immigration consequences of mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring, employer sanctions, and immigration law audits (e.g. labor condition applications and I-9). Ms. Mager serves on the Firm's Strategic Planning Committee, is the Chairperson of the Firm's Diversity and Retention Committee, and is a member of the Firm's Global Automotive Industry Group.


Teresa Gordon

As the leader of the firm’s foreign direct investment practice (FDI), Teresa works exclusively with global companies expanding to the US, and offers an array of services to match the unique needs of foreign owned subsidiaries as they establish and grow. Extending far beyond financial and tax reporting, the FDI team provides solutions tailored to each phase of business expansion.


Massimo Osella

Group Manager at General Motors Research & Development


Since 2006 he is the manager of Electronic Controls and Software Architectures group within the Electrical Control System Lab at General Motors Research and Development in Warren (Michigan USA). His research areas are electronic system architectures, serial communication protocols, software architectures, computational platforms, functional safety, and Cybersecurity. He manages several research projects related to Autonomous Driving, Centralized Vehicle Architectures, and High-Performance Computing. He is the Chairman of the Board of the AVCC, an industry consortium on Autonomous Vehicle Computing. He was the Chair of the IEEE-SA Ethernet & IP @ Automotive Technology Day for the 2014 and 2017 editions.

Previously, he was working at FIAT Research Center in Torino (Italy) where he was managing the Diagnosis & Safety group.

He received a Master in Electronic Engineering at “Politecnico of Torino”, Italy, in 1987.


Massimo Risi

Massimo’s career has been shaped within the Automotive Industry and an International Business environment.

Starting with FIAT in 1986 and dedicating most of his career in Operations Management, Massimo covered Plant Manager position in various locations, including, Melfi (Italy), Cordoba (Argentina), and Bursa (Turkey); Director of Manufacturing Engineering in Turin (Italy); and subsequently Head of World Class Manufacturing for FCA in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

He is currently Executive Vice President of Operations at Mayco International, located in Sterling Heights, Michigan.


Massimo had the opportunity to live in most continents, which fostered his interest in different cultures. He speaks four languages. His passions include travel, vintage cars, theater, and music.
